CTS has advanced search capabilities for CRF examination Documents. The user enters the examination date range, and optinally chooses the examining doctor name, the target CRF type, and the desired document status (draft (unsigned), signed , confirmed , archived).

The CRF Documents search results in detailed list of the matching documents that renders the patient name and birth date, the CRF type, the examining doctor name, examination date, the clinical trial group if the project contains more than one and to the right a symbol illustrates the integrity and the status of the corresponding CRF document. The user can open the CRF document view by clicking on the document symbol.
