CTS integrates a patient medical files managment module. For all the particpants in the clinical research this means comprehensive information about the patient files like file number, how many volumes it contains, who is the current or last borrower and the date of borrow and return of the file.

CTS provides special user role namely 'Archive user role' for this purpose. The user asigned this role will have access to special screens and data entry masks to manage the borrow and return process of the patient medical files.
