CRF Documentation Time Profile is one of the unique CTS study server advantages, it enables the study investigator (Data manager) and all the participant doctors to visually track the documented CRFs and over due visits in the real time, the CRF document symbol illustrates the integrity and the status of the corresponding CRF.

In general the CRF integrity can be categorized as follows:

• Fully documented examinations
• Partially documented examinations
• Not documented examinations (for a certain reason)
• Overdue (missing) examinations

And the CRF document status can be cateroized as follows:

• Draft CRF document (unsigned)
• Signed CRF document
• Confirmed CRF document
• Archived CRF document

The user can open a CRF entry mask by clicking on the CRF name, or a saved CRF document view by clicking on the document symbol.
