CRF Entry Mask captures the clinical study data and sends it to the study server to be validated and finally saved as a document in the clinical research database. The user enters the examination date, visit number and chooses the integrity (full-/partial-/not- documented examination).

The right aligned mask shows the questions text to the left and the edit boxes to the right, this is convenient for CRFs where long or repeated answers are expected.

The left aligned mask shows the questions text to the right and the edit boxes to the right, this is convenient for CRFs where short or coded answers are expected.

The short version shows first a detailed view of all the previous documented examination, this is convenient for short CRFs which have few questions and an overview of the previous examination is helpful for the user.

CTS intelligent Case Report Forms (CRF) validate data at the point of capture using sophisticated edit checks and insure the data integrity. upon submitting the completed form the system will react immediately to user errors and redisplay the same CRF entry mask again with a comprehensive error description. (you can easily customize all the error messages from the study server or translate it to your preferred language).
