CRF Document View displays the contents of the a previously saved examination results. The document is divided into the following sections:

• The patient personal data: name and birth date.
• The treatment period: clinical research name, admission date, dissmiss date, and to the right the treatment period status (in-process, refused, confirmed, or archived).
• CRF document name and to the right the status of the document (draft (unsigned), signed , confirmed , archived).
• Document header information like visit number, examination date, doctor name, and integrity of the documented examination ( fully documented , partially documented , not documented (for a certain reason) , or overdue (missing) )
• Cross document navigation bar: shows the current document index and provides links to navigate to the previous or next document.
• Document content section diplays the CRF questions and the corresponding answers from the examining doctor. To the right of every value the user will find a edit button to easily change the answer of the corresponding question. Plus an online context help for this specific question which can be provided as HTML file.
